EDP I think is a nice balance between the fresh/piercing scent of the EDT and the (in my personal opinion) awesome depth of the Parfum. I've personally found the performance of the EDP has been quite good, the scent stays on my skin pretty much all day, with pretty decent projection for the first several hours, but obviously that could be different for you.I sweat quite a lot in hot & humid climate. I’ve found the EDP lasted only 2 hours or so even after I sprayed like 8-10 sprays. I’ve never used Bleu de Chanel Parfum so can’t comment on longevity, but I’d assume it lasts longer than EDP.I would recommend the Bleu de Chanel Parfum. Overall I prefer the scent of Parfum and find it to be more interesting than the EDP, but performance and versatility of the EDP is slightly better. It is unnecessary to have both like I do unless you love the Bleu de Chanel scent DNA and want it to be your signature.

In my opinion Bleu De Chanel EDP is perfection as it hits just the right balance between freshness and depth. The Parfum is also excellent, but very similar- just heavier on the Sandalwood and stays closer to the skin.
To my nose the EDT and EDP are much more similar to each as compared to the Parfum. Feels like the Parfum goes in a slightly different direction with the sandalwood (and a few other notes) making it more suitable for colder weather. Copy-paste composition and quality definitely not on par with Guerlain Homme Intense, Amber Pour Homme Intense, or Grey Vetiver (EdP).
